1:1 & 2:1 PILATES SESSIONS
In these personalised sessions, you share your body’s unique needs, so I can design classes that help you thrive.
I ask you about things like your posture, limitations, medical history, and lifestyle. You tell me where you are, where you’ve been and where you want to go.
Then, I show you how to do a series of movements designed to meet your goals and improve your physical symptoms. You can take these home and, with regular practice, you’ll see your confidence, health, and mental wellbeing blossom.
Everyone is welcome and accepted, regardless of age, ability, injury or confidence levels.
1:1 cost: £45 per hour, payable at booking

CLASSES FOR MENOPAUSE & WOMEN'S HEALTH
In these small classes, you’ll awaken your body with movements designed to give peri through to post menopausal women lifelong physical strength and integrity.
We work on five key areas - resistance, weight bearing, balance, mindfulness and stretching - to prevent and manage a range of post-menopausal conditions, from pelvic floor dysfunction to sarcopenia.
Over time, you’ll become more agile and aligned in your daily life, freeing you to do the activities you most enjoy with ease.
Before joining a class, you’ll have a complimentary 1:1 session where I teach you the basic principles of Pilates. You tell me about your goals and limitations, so I can make classes safe, comfortable, and challenging.

CLASSES FOR STRENGTH & WELLBEING
In these small classes, you take space from the stresses of modern life to rest, restore and rebuild from within.
Classes engage the entire body, combining exercises for deep stability muscles with limb movements and breathing.
With regular practice, you’ll develop better posture, flexibility, and core strength. You’ll move more efficiently in daily life, gain a strong foundation for higher impact activity and even heal muscular conditions such as diastasis recti.
Through relaxation, breathwork and mindfulness, classes also bring greater mental clarity and stillness.
Before joining, you receive a complimentary 1:1 session where you learn the basic principles of Pilates. You share your goals and limitations so I can protect you from injury, while making space for you to grow.
